Our firm is led by visionary Suzan Gursoy, a C-suite transformation executive who built her career on spearheading launches and relaunches at media companies and advertising agencies in Manhattan, New York. Noted for impeccable taste, Suzan has held key roles at fashion media companies, frequently providing style and décor advisement throughout her profession.

A consummate design enthusiast, Suzan led the custom build of her home and continued honing her skills through various projects, until passion evolved into profession. Once Covid-19 impacted home-based workforces around the world, her agency progressed from creating advertising campaigns for global interior design clients to a transformative interior design practice with global clientele. In the United States, her firm also offers a customizable designer e-commerce program for DIY-enthusiasts.

BAI’s unique capabilities are a reflection of Suzan’s faceted career in style, design, transformation and integrated digital media. She accredits this trajectory to her childhood, growing up in the galleries of SoHo during the modern art movement in Manhattan, New York. Her father, former President of the Federation of Modern Painters and Sculptors of New York for 30 years, showcased his own works at the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in Manhattan, New York. His collections have been critiqued by The New York Times (NYT), and they are now part of the Chase Collection.
